| The mounting tab/screw for the rear bumper is set really high in the wheel arch and it is the "long pole in the tent" as the expression goes. It took me several trial and errors to find a ride height that would not rub the 275/40-17 w/ 9" wheels(+38 or +43?) on that stupid tab even after rolling the fenders. Also to be considered is the metal tab that the liner mounts to in the front wells (at least on 94's I assume the rest as well), if too low, and you like to frequent track days, this tab can gouge/cut the side of the treads if you slip into an opposite-lock situation. This happened to me as well at Hallett when I noticed a large cut/gouge in on of my fronts after a session in which I got a little too aggressive. I'd hate to lose a $200 tire in exchange for those meaningless few extra millimeters of offset or lower ride height. Raised the car up from the vato-zone and now all is good, and always good.
"The American people will never knowingly adopt socialism. But, under the name of "liberalism", they will adopt every principle of our socialist program, until one day America will be a socialist nation, without ever knowing how it happened.... I no longer need to run on the Socialist Party ticket because the Democrat Party has now adopted our platform." --Norman Thomas, 1944 Socialist Party Presidential Candidate "Socialism is a philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance, and the gospel of envy, its inherent virtue is the equal sharing of misery." --Winston Churchill
